ศูนย์ยุโรปศึกษาแห่งจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยจะจัดการบรรยายพิเศษเรื่อง “The EU Crisis Seen from the Bottom: The Perspective of Vulnerable Economies on Eurozone Troubles” ในวันจันทร์ที่ 28 พฤษภาคม 2555 เวลา 13.30-15.00 น. ณ ห้อง 105 ชั้น 1 อาคารมหาจุฬาลงกรณ์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ศาสตราจารย์ ดร. บรูโน เดลาโก จากมหาวิทยาลัยเทรนโตเป็นผู้บรรยาย

ผลของการเลือกตั้งประธานาธิบดีกรีซในวันอาทิตย์ที่ 6 พฤษภาคม 2012 ที่ผ่านมาทำให้โอกาสที่จะก่อตั้งรัฐบาลผสมดูริบหรี่ สองพรรคการเมืองใหญ่ของกรีซต่างได้คะแนนเสียงลดลง โดยพรรค New Democracy ได้คะแนนเสียงมาเป็นอันดับ 1 ร้อยละ 18.85 ซึ่งลดลง ร้อยละ 14.62 จากเดิมในปี 2009 ที่ได้คะแนนเสียงเลือกตั้งร้อยละ 33.47 ในขณะที่พรรค PASOK ที่เป็นพรรคเสียงข้างมากจากการเลือกตั้งเมื่อปี 2009 ได้รับคะแนนเสียงมาเป็นอันดับที่ 3 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 13.18 ซึ่งลดลงจากปี 2009 ที่ได้คะแนนเสียงร้อยละ 43.92 ถึง ร้อยละ 30.7
